03; Life Update

Hi.

Living in this quarantine life sure give me a lot more opportunities to update this blog, but then again I don't take any of the chances I had to stop by this rusty blog. I simply don't want to make it an obligation to update but rather on making it flexible (and I've been very flexible with only few posts per year) and a thing I should do only when I'm in the mood.

For long I've been in the new norm and simply didn't check on my own blog, I actually still visit and read a few blogs at times. I noticed many of you'd posted about your life - like what you do in quarantine time and so on. I figured lots of you learn to do arts especially in embroidery which I found very very eye pleasing 💜 keep doing them! I really adore that hobby and honestly, I've always wanted to try doing it too but I know that I'm more of an impatient person thus, I'd rather live in the shadow for now until I learn to be more and more patient in doing things hahah. It's not like I'm pemarah but just... I'm always eager for an early result and I know embroidery take times to finish so... yeah.

Well, here's a small (let's hope it is) update of my life. When I abandoned this blog, I didn't stop writing instead, I wrote about my life in my planner which I bought in late December '19 from Teme Abdullah. I'd really love to share the pictures of the planner but maybe next time 😆 I've been using the planner up until May '20 before I move on to use an app called Notion to update about my life as it is more portable and have a lot more spaces for me to write. Notion has been a handy app up until today for me, as it works like a notepad and a to-do list as well as offering many features that works for someone who loves to write. I suggest you to use it too if you're a university student, it will surely be very helpful especially for those who love to take notes in/during classes. But of course, it is not only limited for students, everyone can use it. Maybe I'll show you on how to use the app in the following post.

Next thing I know, I'm learning to draw digitally. I've always been doing arts using the traditional way but once I went to my boyfriend's opah's house and met his cousin, Emy and at the moment she was drawing in her phone and I got interested so I asked her about the pen she was using and to make it short, now I own one and I've been obsessing in doing digital drawings. I'm still and amateur because I'm not really a fan of colouring (because I don't know how lol) but here are some of them.

Feel free to criticize on them, but be nice! I need to hear some words from you to improve hehe. Oh, and if you're interested or want me to draw for you just let me know in my DM on ig @fragileskull. I don't have any specific range of price but I can assure you it is reasonable 😁

Last but not least, I've been struggling with my last semester few months back until last August. It was a hell of a ride since we were needed to attend online classes which is pretty inconvenient to me. But cut it short, I had fun learning how to actually conduct presentations through online and to actually talk with myself in front of the camera and pretended as if there were audiences 😂 My results came out yesterday and alhamdulillah, though I almost at the brink of my sanity, I managed to get Dean's List which is a hugeeee achievement to me.

Other things I've been doing my entire life during my disappearance were only binging on Netflix and studying languages. I can assure you we're just the same haha. But sometimes I learn new recipe I found on Youtube. I guess I might be updating here again every once in a while.
